Terms and Conditions for Press Registration – World Dog Show 2024

Welcome to the Press Registration Online Form for the World Dog Show 2024, managed by the World Dog Press Association and the Croatian Kennel Club. By accessing and using this registration platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

To register as press for the World Dog Show 2024, you must be a professional journalist or photographer with a legitimate affiliation to a recognized media outlet. The organizers reserve the right to verify credentials and deny registration to individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria.

2. Registration Process:

Completing the online registration form does not guarantee approval. The World Dog Press Association and the Croatian Kennel Club reserve the right to accept or reject applications at their discretion. Confirmation of registration and issuance of press credentials are subject to successful verification of provided information.

3. Press Credentials:

Press credentials issued for the World Dog Show 2024 are non-transferable. They are exclusively for the registered individual and may not be shared or used by others. Misuse of press credentials may result in revocation and denial of access to the event.

4. Code of Conduct:

Press representatives are expected to conduct themselves professionally and adhere to ethical standards while covering the World Dog Show 2024. Any violation of the event’s Code of Conduct may lead to immediate expulsion from the premises.

5. Coverage and Content:

Press representatives are permitted to cover and report on events related to the World Dog Show 2024 for journalistic purposes only. Any commercial use of content, including but not limited to photographs and videos, requires prior written consent from the World Dog Press Association.

6. Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights related to the World Dog Show 2024, including event branding, logos, and official materials, are owned by the organizers. Press representatives agree not to use such materials for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

7. Photography and Filming:

Press representatives are allowed to take photographs and record videos for journalistic purposes. However, excessive disruption or interference with the event, participants, or other attendees is strictly prohibited.

8. Changes and Cancellations:

The World Dog Press Association and the Croatian Kennel Club reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or other details without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, the organizers will not be responsible for any incurred expenses.

9. Liability:

Press representatives participate in the World Dog Show 2024 at their own risk. The organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the event.

10. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Croatia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Croatia.
